ORDER

Appellants have filed a motion for extension of time to file their brief, requesting that their brief not be due until thirty days after the trial court signs or refuses their formal bill of exception. That request is denied. However, appellants' motion for extension of time is GRANTED IN PART. Appellants' brief is due July 17, 2017.
