Anthony MOORE and Joann Moore, Appellants v. David SUBIA, Appellee

From the County Court at Law No. 3, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2016CV04165
Honorable David J. Rodriguez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On January 23, 2019, appellants filed a document titled "Motions for Recusal, Recall of Mandate, Evidentiary Hearing to Set Aside Judgment, and Bill of Review."

Our opinion in appellants' appeal issued on May 16, 2018. We denied appellants' motions for rehearing and reconsideration en banc on June 26, 2018. The Texas Supreme Court denied review on October 12, 2018, and denied rehearing on December 7, 2018. Mandate issued in this appeal on December 11, 2018. This court's plenary power to consider the relief sought by appellants has expired. See TEX. R. APP. P. 19.1.

Accordingly, appellants' motions for recusal, evidentiary hearing to set aside judgment, and bill of review are DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION, and appellants' motion to recall mandate is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 18.7, 19.3(b).
