MARK MOORE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 252nd District Court

Jefferson County, Texas

Trial Cause No. 11-12535

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On January 5, 2012, we notified the parties that our jurisdiction was not apparent from the notice of appeal, and that the appeal would be dismissed for want of jurisdiction unless we received a response showing grounds for continuing the appeal. No response has been filed.

The information received from the trial court indicates that the charges against Moore were dismissed. Accordingly, there is no judgment of guilt or other appealable order. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2; Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 44.02 (West 2006); seealso Bohannan v. State, 352 S.W.3d 47, 48 (Tex. App.—Fort Worth 2011, pet. ref'd). We therefore dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
