From the County Court, Atascosa County, Texas Trial Court No. 23-04-0279-CVA Honorable Bob Brendel, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Irene Rios, Justice

On May 22, 2024, appellant Anthony Moore filed a notice of appeal from a May 22, 2024 Final Decree of Divorce. Appellant also filed a document entitled "Emergency Motions for Writ of Mandamus and Injunctive Relief Staying Trial Court Judgment and Remove Excessive Supersedeas Bond." On June 12, 2024, appellee requested an extension of time until July 3, 2024 to file her response. We GRANT the motion and ORDER appellee to file her response by July 3, 2024.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 17th day of June, 2024.
