ORDER
Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for extension of time to file transcripts is GRANTED. The time for Court Reporter Gloria Brand to file her transcripts is EXTENDED to October 31, 2023. If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, and appellant's counsel fails to move for a further extension of time to file the transcripts, this case shall be submitted on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice and costs in the amount of $250 will be assessed against retained counsel.
The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Court Reporter Gloria Brand.
