Branch CC: 20-120616-AH

Brian K. Zahra David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein Elizabeth T. Clement Megan K. Cavanagh Elizabeth M. Welch, Justices

ORDER

Bridget M. McCormack, Chief Justice

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 6, 2022 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED. The motion to transmit the record on appeal is DENIED as moot, because the circuit court has already fulfilled its duty under MCR 7.210(G).
