ORDER

Veronica Rivas-Molloy, Judge.

Appellant Cedric Moore, proceeding pro se, filed a notice of appeal of the trial court's Final Judgment, signed on June 27, 2023. On August 9, 2023, the clerk's record was filed containing Appellant's Statement of Inability, which was filed in the county court on July 6, 2023. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145(a), (b), (d). On August 28, 2023, the Clerk of this Court sent Appellant a notice, informing him that the reporter's record is past due. The court reporter's Information Sheet, filed on the same date, indicates that Appellant has not requested preparation of the reporter's record. On March 4, 2024, the Clerk of this Court confirmed that Appellant is permitted to proceed on appeal without payment of costs. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145(a); Tex.R.App.P. 20.1.

Appellant shall submit a request to the court reporter to prepare the record, with the fee waived, within 7 days of the date of this order. The court reporter shall file the record within 30 days of the date of this order.

It is so ORDERED.
