ORDER DISMISSING DEFENDANTS

PAUL CASSELL, District Judge

On April 21, 2004, the court entered an order directing plaintiff to serve all defendants in this case within sixty days. A return of summons was filed on June 23, 2004, for defendant Richard Garden, but no other proof of service has been filed. Accordingly, the court DISMISSES all claims relating to the other defendants in this case. Should any of the assumptions underlying this order be inaccurate, plaintiff shall promptly notify the court.
