An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 11, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of trial, including jury selection, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, and for a calendar preference in hearing of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of maintaining the appeal on this Court's calendar for the first week of the March 2019 Term. The motion is otherwise denied.
