Larry A. Moore Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

Due to inadvertent clerical error, the Court on December 14, 2021, issued in the above-docketed matter both an Order directing the filing of an Amended Petition and payment of the filing fee for this proceeding and a separate, essentially duplicative, Order addressing only payment of the filing fee.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDRED that the Order served December 14, 2021, solely directing payment of the filing fee (Docket Entry #5) is hereby vacated and set aside. The Order at Docket Entry #4 directing the filing of an Amended Petition and payment of the filing fee remains in full force and effect.
