Clifton Andrew Moore Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

This case is calendared for trial during the Court's March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session. On November 30, 2021, respondent filed a Substitution of Counsel with a cover sheet entitled "Administrative Record" (Doc. 8) and a second page entitled "Substitution of Counsel". On the same date, a second Substitution of Counsel was filed with a cover sheet entitled "Substitution of Counsel for Respondent". It appears that the only difference in the two Substitutions of Counsel is the title of the cover sheet. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's first Substitution of Counsel (Doc. 8) is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case.
