ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On November 12, 2021, respondent filed a motion for continuance and asks the Court to restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that petitioner has filed an offer-in-compromise which encompasses the year at issue in this case. To-date, a determination regarding petitioner's offer has not been made. Accordingly, a continuance will allow the parties time to attempt to reach a compromise in this case and for respondent's offer-in-compromise examiners to review the offer.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session and is continued generally.
