This case is currently calendared for remote trial at the Court's Special Session commencing November 8, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time). On October 25, 2021, the parties filed a Stipulation of Facts. For cause, it is

ORDERED that, at 1:00 p.m. (Central Time) on November 3, 2021, there will be a conference call with the parties to discuss: (1) What facts do you expect to be established through exhibits or testimony relating to the eligibility of compensation paid to the disallowed employees for the research credit, and (2) pinpoint cites to language in cases which support your position if those facts are established. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Conference Call that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced conference call.
