This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's February 16, 2021, Birmingham, Alabama, remote trial session. By Order served February 8, 2020, the Court struck the case from that trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On April 15, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 18). On May 6, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 19). On May 24, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss petitioner's pending motion and the current status of the case. To allow the parties to discuss a potential resolution of the case, the Court ordered a further status report.

On August 19, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 22) informing the Court that issues from prior years not before the Court have been resolved and the parties can now work to resolve the years before the Court. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 22, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
