This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's February 16, 2021, Birmingham, Alabama, remote trial session. By Order served February 8, 2021, the Court struck the case from that trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On February 16, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 31) informing the Court that a decision document has been mailed to petitioner. Respondent is conceding the case in full.
