This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's February 16, 2021, Birmingham, Alabama, remote trial session. By Order served February 8, 2021, the Court struck the case from that trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On February 16, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 31) informing the Court that a decision document has been mailed to petitioner. Respondent is conceding the case in full. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 18, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
