Joseph MOORE v. COMMISSIONER OF CORRECTION

The petitioner Joseph Moore's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 186 Conn.App. 254, 199 A.3d 594 (2018), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that trial counsel did not render ineffective assistance of counsel in advising the petitioner regarding the pretrial plea offers?"
