NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE REPLY BRIEF OF APPELLANT MOORE FREIGHT SERVICES, INC. WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
It is further ORDERED that the Hon. Arthur R. Piacenti, the Attorney for appellant Moore Freight Services, Inc., prepare the Appellant's reply brief and forward the same to this Court on or before March 9, 2016. IT IS SO ORDERED this 2 day of February, 2016.
