MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Moore Descendants have filed in this court a notice of withdrawal of their October 8, 2020 notice of appeal. Pursuant to the Moore Descendants' notification that they are withdrawing their notice of appeal, which was filed with respect to the trial court's final judgment, we have concluded that this appeal should be dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).

Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal.
