On May 21, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. The docket number set forth in the caption of the proposed decision document does not match that of this case.

Upon due consideration, to allow for entry of a proper decision in accordance with the terms of the parties' settlement agreement, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" from the docket number. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to change the Court's records to reflect that deletion. It is further

ORDERED that in all other respects petitioner's I.R.C. section 7463 election remains in full force and effect.
