An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 18, 2017, which denied defendant-appellant's motion to vacate the judgment of the same Court entered on or about January 23, 2017 And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of the judgment pending determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated May 23, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
