Defendant-appellant-respondent having moved for leave to renew his appeal and to vacate the decision and order of this Court, entered on January 12, 2017 (Appeal Nos. 2752-53), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to defendant to seek the relief sought, i.e. vacating the judgment, in Supreme Court.
