ORDER

After we abated this appeal for an abandonment hearing, the trial court found counsel has not abandoned this appeal and that appellant desires to file a pro se appellant's brief. We therefore reinstate this appeal on the active docket of the court and order appellant James Moody to file his pro se brief by November 21, 2016.
