APPEAL from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Jefferson County (Hugh A. Gilbert, J), entered March 17, 2005 in a divorce action. The amended order, among other things, awarded the parties joint custody of their child with primary placement with plaintiff and visitation with defendant.
