This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On November 21, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 14). By Order served November 22, 2022, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On July 20, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 22). Also on July 20, 2023, petitioners filed a Status Report (Doc. 23). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 25, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
