On February 11, 2023, respondent filed a status report representing that the parties have reached a basis for settlement that would fully resolve all of the issues in the case. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 6, 2023, Houston, Texas, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 12, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents, or respondent shall file a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
