ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE

PAUL CASSELL, District Judge

This case is before the court on a motion by the plaintiffs to consolidate the above-captioned case with 2:04-CV-00508 PGC, which is also before this judge. In light of the common issues of law and fact, and believing it to be in the interest of justice, the court GRANTS the motion to consolidate. The plaintiffs are directed to respond to the pending motion to dismiss by July 16, 2004.
