Appeal, No. 26, March T., 1961, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Sept. T., 1960, No. 248, in case of John H. Montgomery v. Country-Belle Cooperative Farmers et al. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries and property damage. Before SHUMAKER, P. J.

Verdict entered for defendants, plaintiff's motion for new trial refused and judgment entered on the verdict. Plaintiff appealed.

Saul J. Bernstein, with him Bernstein Campbell, for appellant.
