AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 167.4 — when Judgments in collision cases will be affirmed. On review of judgment for plaintiff in action against taxicab company and individual for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when defendant's cab, in which plaintiff was passenger, and automobile of defendant individual were in collision in street intersection, and of judgment for such individual on taxicab company's counterclaim in individual's action against company for damages, held that, as against appellants' claims of errors in matters of evidence, instructing of jury, and conduct of counsel, respective judgments would be affirmed.
