DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to appeal, stay pending appeal and further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to appeal is denied, without costs, as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1112 [a]), and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is referred to Justice Devine, who makes the following decision: Motion granted, without costs, and without prejudice to a motion to vacate the stay in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before August 5, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the order of protection of Family Court, Montgomery County, entered April 5, 2019 is hereby reinstated and shall continue in full force and effect until further order of this Court.
