BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This proceeding, transferred to this court by the Florida Supreme Court as an appeal, is treated as a petition for writ of habeas corpus as originally styled by the petitioner. As the petitioner, having been transferred to Marion County, is no longer housed with the Charlotte County Sheriff, the petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied as moot
