ORDER

Plaintiff has filed a notice of appeal from this court's order of August 11, 2004, denying his request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in this action because he is disqualified from proceeding in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). Petitioner's notice of appeal is not accompanied by the $255 fee for filing the appeal. He will have to pay it in full if he wishes to take an appeal, because he does not qualify for pauper status under 28 U.S.C. § 1915. See Robinson v. Powell, 297 F.3d 540 (7th Cir. 2002) (dismissing plaintiff's appeal because of his three-strike status under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g)).

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that petitioner's request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal is DENIED because three strikes have been recorded against petitioner under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g).
