Petitioner-appellant having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 23, 2017 and on or about June 2, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time in which to perfect the consolidated appeals to the May 2019 Term.
