Petitioner-respondent having moved to dismiss the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 12, 2016, and July 29, 2016, on the ground that respondent-appellant has failed to perfect the appeals timely,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to October 14, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Anthony J. DiMartino, Jr., Esq., sworn to October 26, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 1000.2 [c] [1]).
