An appeal and cross appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 13, 2020, and said appeal and cross appeal having been perfected, And the New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Officials having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae, and to argue as amicus curiae, on this appeal in support of defendants, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing movant to serve one copy of the amicus curiae brief, in the form submitted with the moving papers, upon each party to the appeal, and to file with this Court, an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of said brief, in compliance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9, within 10 days of the entry of this order.
