The State's brief in this appeal was due on August 9, 2017. On August 9, 2017, the State filed its fourth motion for extension of time to file its brief, requesting a sixty-day extension. The State's motion is GRANTED IN PART. The State is granted a thirty-day extension. The State's brief is due on September 8, 2017.

The State is advised that this is the final extension that will be granted. If the State fails to file its brief by September 8, 2017, this appeal will be set "at issue" and it will be set for submission without the State's brief.
