DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 11, 2015, in effect, for leave to reargue its prior motion to reinstate and continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 26, 2016 and vacated by decision and order of this court dated May 16, 2016, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 3, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
