This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 14, 2022, for cases in which Richmond, Virginia, is the place of trial.
On August 29, 2022, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. On September 7, 2022, petitioner filed a notice of no objection to motion for document subpoena hearing. By order issued September 14, 2022, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled this case for hearing on the status of the case at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
On September 28, 2022, respondent filed a status report. On October 4, 2022, respondent filed an additional status report. In that status report filed October 4, 2022, respondent represents that the third party, PayPal Holdings, Inc., provided to respondent the "requested documents" on October 3, 2022. Consequently, respondent requests that the Court strike this case for hearing from the Court's October 5, 2022, special hearing session.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled commence on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. (EST).
