In an action to recover damages for the breach of an alleged contract, and for other relief, the appeal is from an order granting respondents' motion for judgment on the pleadings dismissing the complaint (Rules Civ. Prac., rule 112), and from the judgment entered thereon. Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
