ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

On March 16, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Remand requesting that the Court remand this case to respondent's Appeals Office for further administrative hearing. In his motion respondent advises that petitioner has no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 11, 2023, Detroit, Michigan trial session (to be conducted remotely). It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand, filed March 16, 2023, is granted in that this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further consideration. Respondent's Appeals Office shall hold a supplemental hearing on this collection due process case no later than September 22, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 23, 2023, file with the Court status report(s) (joint or separate), advising the Court of the then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is hereby retained by the undersigned.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
