Action to recover damages for breach of implied warranty to install wallboard in a workmanlike manner, and for breach of express warranty of suitability of material. Order of the County Court of the County of Westchester, affirming a judgment of the City Court of Rye for plaintiff, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
