MEMORANDUM OPINION

The clerk's record was due to be filed in this appeal on February 18, 2003 and has not been filed. By letter dated March 6, 2003, this Court received written notification from the county clerk that the record has not been filed because the record fee of $65 has not been paid. By letter dated March 28, 2003, this Court informed appellant that the appeal would be dismissed if it did not provide written verification that it had paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b). Also the March 28, 2003 letter informed appellant, a corporation, that it could not proceed with the appeal without counsel and directed appellant to notify the Court of its new counsel. See Kunstoplast of America, Inc. v. Formosa Plastics Corp. USA 937 S.W.2d 455 (Tex. 1996). Appellant was warned that failure to provide the requested proof of payment arrangements for the record and notification of new counsel would result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice from the Court. Appellant has failed to respond.

Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b), (c).
