This is an accelerated appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction. Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal, stating it is moot because the challenged temporary injunction order has been dissolved. Appellees have informed the court that they agree this appeal should be dismissed as moot. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal as moot.
