Motion for counsel fees, for extension of time to file respondent's brief and for adjournment of appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for counsel fees is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to an application for such relief being made in Supreme Court, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file respondent's brief is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time is extended to April 2, 2012. Respondent's brief shall be personally served on or before such date. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before April 12, 2012. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for an adjournment of the appeal is denied, without costs.
