An appeal having been taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 17, 2016, And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of that part of the aforesaid order which referred the financial dispute to a special referee to hear and report on certain issues, pending hearing and determination of said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
