JUDGMENTS, § 155 — judgment as stayed pending disposal of motion to vacate. Court's jurisdiction to enter order vacating prior order in favor of plaintiff could not be questioned on ground that more than thirty days had elapsed since rendition of prior order where defendants' counsel filed motion to vacate prior order on day after it was entered, since defendants' motion to vacate judgment stayed judgment until motion was disposed of.
