PARTIES, § 11intervention, procedure as faulty. Where joint owner of bank account gave withdrawal slip and pass book to plaintiff to enable her to draw out the funds, and in action by plaintiff against bank for total amount of deposit intervenor made a claim based upon alleged attorney's lien for services rendered other joint owner, intervenor had no interest in the proceeding before trial court, where he filed his petition without leave of court, he took no steps to have bank or plaintiff answer same, and he offered no evidence in support of petition nor asked court to pass upon it.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. WILLIAM V. DALY, presiding. Dismissed. Heard in second division, first district, at June term, 1939; opinion filed December 27, 1939.
