JOHN TRAVIS MOLLIVER, Plaintiff v. ADAM INGRAM, et al., Defendants

MEMORANDUM ORDER

Keith A. Pesto, United States Magistrate Judge.

Plaintiff Molliver's motion at ECF no. 8 to “waive or forward” the costs to provide the necessary service paperwork is denied. Plaintiff was granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis in accordance with the Prison Litigation Reform Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(2), (b)(1)-(2), which allows indigent plaintiffs to pay the filing fee in installments and to have service effected without prepayment by the plaintiff. That does not provide plaintiff with any further financial support for litigation.
