Nicole M. Mollison Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge

This case was assigned to the undersigned judge for disposition on January 31, 2020. The parties have been working toward a resolution and, on September 13, 2021, filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 38) requesting additional time to continue negotiations. On September 29, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of the case and their progress to date. As discussed during the conference call, given the complexity of the issues, the Court is willing to allow the parties additional time to work out the terms of an agreed resolution. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
