Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 3 of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2013-CCV02705) ORDER
Appellant, George Molinar, has filed a letter advising the Court that mediation with Mr. Jose Rocha, was unsuccessful, but he requests that the Court order the parties to mediate with the El Paso County Dispute Resolution Center. Our order entered on February 24, 2015 specifically provided as follows: "If the parties wish to mediate before someone other than Mr. Rocha, the order permits it provided Appellant and Appellee agree upon that mediator, which could of course include the El Paso County Dispute Resolution Center." Appellant's letter does not reflect that Appellee, Mohd Rafaei, has affirmatively agreed to mediate the dispute with the El Paso County Dispute Resolution Center. Accordingly, the Court will not order Appellee to mediate with the El Paso County Dispute Resolution Center.
