The Court DENIES the Appellant's request for extension of time to file a motion for reconsideration of the Court's September 8, 2015 order setting date of Appellant's brief. However, the Court GRANTS the Appellant a fourth request for extension of time to file the brief until October 30, 2015. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE APPELLANT'S BRIEF WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
It is further ORDERED that George Molinar, the Appellant, prepare the Appellant's brief and forward the same to this Court on or before October 30, 2015. THE ABOVE STYLED AND NUMBERED CAUSE WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISMISSAL FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION IF THE APPELLANT'S BRIEF IS NOT FILED BY THE OCTOBER 30, 2015 DUE DATE.
